Congresswoman Lori Trahan Issues End of Term Report

LOWELL, MA – Today, Congresswoman Lori Trahan (MA-03) released her term in review report detailing key victories she secured for residents of Massachusetts’ Third District during her first two years in Congress.

“When I took office in January 2019, it was with the promise that the concerns of hardworking families across Massachusetts’ Third District would always come first,” Congresswoman Trahan said. “Each day, that promise drives my work in the U.S. Capitol and in our community. As this report details, we’ve accomplished a tremendous amount over the past two years. However, there is still much work to be done, and I look forward to continuing to deliver for Massachusetts families, workers, and small businesses as we navigate this pandemic and beyond.”

The report details Congresswoman Trahan’s first term by the numbers, including a breakdown of her accessibility to constituents, her team’s ability to successfully assist folks in need of help with a federal agency, and her performance on key legislative scorecards. It also lists solutions Trahan prioritized in response to problems experienced by folks she represents, including addressing COVID-19, strengthening education, tackling the opioid crisis, protecting the environment, and more.
